New Media Items (Books, CDs, VHS Tapes, and DVDs may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of shipment.
For used media, defects/damage/material difference should be reported to us within 14 days of receipt and the returned merchandise should still be postmarked within 30 days of shipment
New Software can only be returned in its original condition within 30 days of shipment. Used Software may only be returned if materially different than described within 30 days.
New Electronics may be returned within 30 days of shipment, if the item has been opened, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective new or used electronics may be returned within 30 days for no fee. Please report any problems within 14 days of receiving.
